General Information about the location and the villa

Summerhouse located in Les Issambres, by San Peire-sur-mer (connected to Ste Maxime and St Tropez by sea-shuttle), about 7 kilometers east of Ste Maxime, a little further from St Tropez. 
Fast TGV trains to and from Paris or Lyon and Nice are often stopping in St Raphael (19 kms away)
Located in the hills about 1 kilometer away from the nearest beach and 3 shops down the hill (bakery, grocery store, café/newspapers shop), and 1.7 kilometer away from the other main shops of San Peire-sur-Mer,

Furnished, 5 bedrooms available, 2 bathrooms - one with a bathtub and shower nozzle, the other one with only a shower and a washing machine - 2 toilets of which 1 separate and 1 in the white/blue bathroom, 1 swimming pool and large terraces on a 1390 sqm garden with mediterranean plants : mulberry-plane tree, oleanders, palm trees, lavender, fig tree, eucalyptus, etc..
Can sleep up to 12 persons but no more than 10 persons is strongly preferred. 
Available from early March to end of November. 

Pictures below are not binding, as decoration and equipment may change over time. (for example on the first picture, the tall tree appearing a little on the right side, is no longer there)


The coastal village of San Peire-sur-Mer is located less than 2 km from the villa by car, even less by foot.

It includes at least following services and shops :
- a post office
- banks
- a "Casino" supermarket near the eastern end of the beach ( Pointe de l'Arpillon )
- a bakery,
- a newspapers booth
- fresh fruits and vegetables
- a pharmacy,
- a beach supply store,
- a store selling fishing rods and fresh bait ("escavens"), also beach supplies, near the church
- a hairdresser on the main square
- several cafés and restaurants over the beach and the harbor of Les Issambres

Even closer to the villa, a "Spar" supermarket has recently opened above the harbor of Les Issambres : SPAR-40 ISSAMBRES THE BOULEVARD OF VAL D'ESQUIERES - 83520 - LES ISSAMBRES - Phone: 04 94 49 18 95

You can also go shopping in Ste Maxime (about 7km from the coast road) where there are several supermarkets and many other stores

 
Local events and activities 
for example sports events, regattas organized by local yacht clubs, the most famous series being the famous "Voiles de St Tropez" at the end of September and early October (see video below), or artistic events (Festival de Cannes in May/June)

- Rebates
When several weeks in a row are rented by the same renter, following rebates would apply :
*  5% on the rate of the 2nd week
* 10% on the rates of the 3rd, 4th and 5th weeks. 
Beyond 5 weeks in a row,  a special additional rebate would be applicable according to the decision of the owner.
Also a special rebate would be granted when the lease would include 4 bedrooms instead of 5.

Please add one time 150 € for final cleaning if bedsheets and bath towels are rented also. Otherwise the final cleaning would be 120 euros
Refundable safety and key deposit : 1,000 €
If needed, house linen (bedsheets and bath towels, no beach towel) may be rented (if renters don't bring their own), at 20 € per head for his/her whole stay.
Please note the swimming pool is not available during the low and very low seasons
Also the workshop (remainder of the former garage), and few cupboards inside the house and below the swimming pool, are not included in the rented spaces.
